SHEA which stands for Sexual Harassment, Exploitation, and Abuse, is a major issue that affects all sectors of the working environment. The presence of SHEA within the workplace environment weakens an organization’s overall professional standing and negatively impacts employee morale and productivity.
To curb SHEA within an Organization, Management needs to build a program or structure that will prevent and effectively respond to incidents of SHEA within the workplace environment.
