This study explored the linkages between the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown directives and the well-being, sexual and gender based violence of women and girls in Nigeria. The study is also intended to support policy recommendations to accompany both the immediate and Post– COVID -19 approaches to overcoming pre-existing gender inequalities and vulnerabilities.
