The project titled “Women’s Voice and Leadership Nigeria (WVL-N) Project” was supported by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) through ActionAid Nigeria and covered a 5-year period (2019-2024). The project’s expansive reach in the state, was facilitated by 16 partners, including 3 Local Women’s Rights Organizations (LWROs), 1 network, and 12 Community Based Organizations (CBOs), covering 18 LGAs/LCDAs and reaching 46 communities. In Lagos State, the sum of N327, 045,086.66 was made in financial investments through various grants, including the Multi-Year Grant, Strategic Opportunity Fund (SOP), Covid-19 Response Grant, Research and Documentation, Strategic Innovation Fund (SIF).
